MASS EFFECT 2 I read a lot that Gibbed allows to add second bonus power as Shepard can have max 8 powers. However I went to Gibbed, RAW-Player-Powers (Collection) and added (I already had Stasis) Reave: SFXGameContent.SFXPowerCustomActionReave However in game it doesn't show either in Squad screen, Pause Screen or on shortcuts 1-8.

Hi Guys,
Anyone have any experience using the mass effect save game editor? I haven't played the first, but i have completed the second. There are some options from the ME1 i would like carried over to ME2, but every time i have tried editing the save, the options stick, but aren't carried over into ME3.
I wish i had found this before starting ME2, would probably have been easier to edit.

Before you do anything, back up your coalesced.ini by copying and pasting the files to a safe place. I like to use the desktop. Once you’ve done that, follow these steps:

Open Coalesced Editor for Mass Effect 3 application. It doesn’t matter where you unzip the downloaded folder or where you run it.
Click “File” > “Open”
Now follow path above and select the coalesced.bin

Eliminate Weight Penalty:

Change encumbrancemaxcooldown and encumbrancemincooldown both to -2.0f.

This will eliminate the weight penalty on your powers, allowing you to take the full 200% cooldown bonus with any combination of weapons.

Increasing encumbrancemaxcooldown will increase your base cooldown bonus. Changing it to -3.0f, for example, would result in a 300% cooldown bonus.

Scan Detection Range:
